This very private conservative family that we have a great working relationship with (we have placed 2 NCS with them and they had an NCS well-known to us with their first baby) is seeking a long term NCS/Postpartum doula hybrid to help support them now that they have welcomed their 2nd child in May 2024. They are seeking a true professional NCS/Postpartum doula hybrid who can team with and support Mom. There is a 20 month old joyful child who will require sibling care from you if Mom is with the baby, so this position is great for someone who was a former nanny or loves toddlers also. They would love someone who will play, read to the child, engage in learning activities and help with light housekeeping. This position would also be great for someone who likes being creative in planning at-home age appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, puzzles, books, et…. Mom is nursing and using bottles as well. The home is private, relaxed and peaceful. There is a possibility of travel in the future. An NDA may be required for this position. 

The details:

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Start Date: Part time hours to begin in August and full time in September.
• Schedule: Full time (hours to be discussed) Monday-Friday- possible weekends if the husband is traveling.  
• Contract Length: 6+months; ideally would love someone able to stay longer if the decision is made that the family continues to need your support.
• Pets: None.
• Accommodations Provided: No.
• Compensation:  $30-45/hr 
  
  

As an NCS you:

• Are Professional, Active, Reliable, Caring, Discreet, Trustworthy, Down to Earth, Educated, Warm, Gentle, Compassionate and Go with the Flow.  
• Have a Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
• Cross trained as a Postpartum Doula
• Will be paid to your business
