This joyful, active family professional family is expecting their third child, a boy, and are seeking support from a Newborn Care Specialist Team. We are helping this family find the best team to support them overnights and daytime shifts. Ideally, they would like an Elite NCS™ or Master NCS® for both shifts. Preference will be given to those who have worked together as a team in the past and/or have a proven track record of working harmoniously on a team. It will be crucial that both caregivers can communicate very well with one another about the day to day events in order to assure that care transitions are smooth and successful. They also would like support to include sleep shaping and will seek your experience and guidance with that. This family has had past success with overnight care and other staff. There is a daytime nanny who will care for the older children. The family utilizes an app to include everyone who is caring for the child. You will be resting in the guest bedroom with a baby monitor for the night.
Some travel may be required on the weekends to the family vacation home in Lake Geneva, WI.
Client Location: Lake Forest, IL (30 miles north of Chicago)
Schedule:
A. 9:00pm-7:00am 7 nights a week for 16 weeks
B. 9:00 am-7:00pm 7 days a week for the first 6 weeks, then 5 days per week for 10 weeks
Due Date: June 25, 2025; prior babies were delivered one week earlier than due date and the expectation is the same for this baby
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Role Requirements: Caring, Professional, Reliable, Loving, Trustworthy, Compassionate, Educated, Gentle, Warm. An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
Both Newborn Care Specialists must have a Driver's License and a clean driving record.
