Client Location: Scottsdale, AZ Major Cross Streets-Camelback and 61st Street
Schedule: January 6, 2025 - May 23.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:45 am - 4:45 pm
Tuesday, Thursday 7:45 - 2:15 with the possibility to extend to later in the day as needs arise
- As new parents, we hope to be home early some days. However, we need availability until 4:45 pm M, W, F and T, Th were possible. Ideally also the flexibility to stay later on some occasions.
- Willing to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week. However, hours might vary between 40 - 50 hours per week. Flexibility, within reason in your schedule, is necessary for our family.
Additionally:
- (1) Friday per month until 10 pm / set ahead of time
- (1) Saturday 4-hour block per month / set ahead of time
Contract Length: Until May 23, 2025. We request an option to extend it an additional two weeks if necessary.
Role Requirements:
- The newborn care specialist must be Professional, Reliable, Trustworthy, Caring, Gentle, Flexible, Great Communicator, and Warm.
- Please, no baby talk. We prefer that our child is spoken to in an adult manner.
- They must also have a valid passport, Driver's License, and clean driving record.
- The candidate must utilize products that are scent-free (including lotions, perfumes, and detergents). They must live in a pet-free home as the newborn has a severe contact allergy.

Additional Details:
- Professional Scottsdale Family is seeking daytime support. You must have weekly schedule flexibility as both parents are business owners and require small daily or weekly shifts from whomever they hire.
- A newborn care specialist works overnight with the family. They will communicate with you and work together to meet the family's needs.
- The home is quiet and joyful. This family is looking for someone who can help with baby laundry, cleaning bottles, making homemade baby food, and keeping a log so everyone can communicate effectively in the home.
- They want someone invested in the developmental part of raising their child, such as walking outdoors, playing, and reading during the day.
- A bonus would be if they are bilingual in Spanish.
- The family will be traveling to Colorado in May for their second baby. The family will be traveling to Colorado for (1 - 2.5 weeks in May).
- NCS is asked to travel with the family as they await their second baby.
- Accommodations and food/grocery reimbursement will be provided.
- The hours will remain the same except for hospital stays during the delivery of the second child. 24-hour care would be needed then.
