This highly active and professional family is seeking to add to their team of Newborn Care Specialists so they have 24-hour care for their baby. It is important to them that someone with solid experience and expertise is always available to ensure their child's well-being. During the day, the parents want full attention on the baby, and at night, they would like continuous awake care to provide peace of mind. Their ideal Newborn Care Specialist, who is an expert in this field, can both provide and take feedback and feel comfortable in a direct, straightforward communication environment. This family is looking for Newborn Care Specialists who are professional, clear and effective communicators when it comes to their baby’s care team and it is one of the most important qualities they seek.
The parents work from home and are often in Zoom meetings so the atmosphere is lively and dynamic most days. They have an open door policy in their home and will communicate via a group text and a Daily Log so everyone is kept up to speed on everything. They take pride in creating a positive and supportive environment which is why most people who work with them stay long-term. It is very important to the parents that everyone takes their role seriously while contributing to a happy and professional atmosphere.

Option for every other weekend off Schedule
Week 1:
NCS - A Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm OFF: Sat/Sun
NCS - B Wed, Thurs, Friday 3pm-11pm + Sat 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm OFF: Mon/Tues
Week 2:
NCS - A Wed, Thurs, Friday 3pm-11pm + Sat 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm OFF: Mon/Tues
NCS - B Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm OFF: Sat/Sun
Each candidate would work 10 days in a row but then have 4 days off.
OR simply have the following schedule all the time
NCS - A Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm OFF: Sat/Sun
NCS - B Wed, Thurs, Friday 3pm-11pm + Sat 9am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 8pm OFF: Mon/Tues
