This warm and welcoming family is expecting twins this fall and is seeking an experienced Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to support them as they welcome two new babies alongside their almost two-year-old son. The family is looking for someone with at least one set of twin experience to help establish a routine and encourage healthy, independent sleep habits using gentle methods, as they are not interested in cry-it-out sleep training. CPR certification is required and they plan to use the Owlet for sleep safety. The NCS will have a private bedroom and bathroom upstairs near the twins' room. A twin bassinet is available if the NCS prefers to keep the babies nearby during the early weeks. This family also has two friendly dogs and strives to maintain a peaceful, joyful home. They value conversation, companionship, and emotional support. They hope to find someone who enjoys building a genuine connection, providing emotional support to a postpartum mom, and becoming a trusted part of their family's journey.

The details:

Client Location: Hunterwood Neighborhood - Tomball, TX
Schedule: 4 nights a week (either a 10 hour or 12 hour shift dependent on final candidate rate and family’s final decision) 7p-7a or 9p-7a
Due Date: October 16, 2026 (but will deliver at the end September - the beginning of October.)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Role Requirements: You have worked with at least one set of twins.
Compensation: $40-50/hr depending on your experience and education.
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
