This first-time family is looking for an experienced Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to support them during the early weeks with their first baby. Their ideal candidate is someone who has extensive overnight newborn care experience and strong postpartum support experience as well as being reassuring, patient, and excited to share their knowledge while respecting the family’s parenting preferences and helping them feel confident as new parents. This family’s home is calm, peaceful, and welcoming. They value a clean and organized environment, open communication, kindness, reliability, and a warm professional relationship with the person caring for their baby. They are looking for some who can offer newborn feeding support, healthy sleep routines, recognizing typical newborn behaviors, and maintaining detailed overnight logs is important. They appreciate evidence-based, modern healthcare while also valuing a holistic approach to wellness.

The details:

Client Location: Cave Creek, AZ - Major Cross Streets - Cave Creek Rd. and Tatum Blvd.
Schedule: Nights - 3x a week - 10p-6a or 9p-7a - Ideally Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Saturdays
Due Date: October 8, 2026
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Compensation: $40-50/hr depending on your experience
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
Accommodations: No
Pets: Yes. Vinny the Labradoodle.
