This is a truly special opportunity to support a growing family as they prepare to welcome triplets later this year. The family values a calm, joyful, and organized home environment and is seeking an exceptional overnight Newborn Care Specialist who can provide confident, independent care for three newborns while helping maintain a peaceful atmosphere during the postpartum period. The ideal candidate will have professional experience caring for triplets or higher-order multiples, including experience supporting preemies and NICU graduates. Direct triplet experience is strongly preferred, along with the ability to establish effective feeding, soothing, and sleep routines for multiples and create effective systems to help manage the unique needs of three newborns. Strong communication skills are essential, including providing detailed written shift notes, coordinating with parents and other caregivers, and proactively identifying any concerns or changes in infant behavior. The specialist will rest in a bed within the triplet nursery and will be responsible for maintaining feeding and sleep logs, with infant-related laundry, bottle washing, and sterilization completed as time permits. The family also has an older child, who will turn two in October 2026, and looks forward to welcoming a dedicated professional who can provide expert overnight support during this exciting chapter.
