We are assisting a private family visiting from out of the country in finding a Newborn Care Specialist to support them as they welcome two babies via a tandem surrogacy journey this July. The first baby is expected in early July in Las Vegas, with the second arriving approximately 2–4 weeks later in Phoenix, so some flexibility is appreciated in case of an earlier arrival in June. This is a 12-week live-in position, with a minimum of 12-hour shifts each day, and private accommodations provided. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience, good energy, and the ability to confidently care for both babies overnight. The family has additional support in place and has shared that their caregiver will be well taken care of. They are seeking someone who is self-sufficient, dedicated, and highly skilled, with a calm, friendly, and soft-spoken demeanor, and who is comfortable traveling with the family as required, with all travel expenses covered by the client.

Client Location: Las Vegas and Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Live in 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week
Due Date: 1st baby-July 2, 2026 2nd baby-2-4 weeks later
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Compensation: $40+hr depending on your experience and education
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
