This North Scottsdale family is expecting twins and currently has a 2-year-old at home. As they prepare to grow their family to five, they are seeking the overnight support of a Newborn Care Specialist to help ease the transition. The parents are open to education and guidance and are looking forward to building a supportive and collaborative relationship with their caregiver. Mom will be delivering via C-section, and the family plans to bottle-feed overnight using a combination of breast milk and formula.
The family identifies as Christian and speaks English at home, though dad also speaks some Spanish. Mom enjoys staying active with pickleball, while dad has interests in martial arts, music, and golf. Their toddler is curious and energetic, with a current love for dinosaurs. They also have an 8-year-old bulldog named Gus.
Dad tends to be structured, communicative, and a natural planner, while mom has a more easygoing, go-with-the-flow approach—creating a balanced and supportive dynamic. The overnight caregiver will have a nearby guest bedroom to rest in, with a baby monitor provided. The family also has daytime support from relatives, offering a well-rounded support system.
The details:
Client Location: Desert Mountain
Schedule: 4 nights per week for 8 hr shifts
Due Date: August due date but expected approximately around July 15th
Contract Length: 8 weeks with option to extend
Compensation: $45-50+hr depending on your experience and education. All rates welcome to apply
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
