This is an NCS role, not a housekeeping position. The family has a full-time housekeeper, though flexibility and a willingness to assist where needed are important. The household values long-term staff, and when parents are home, the caregiver should be comfortable shifting focus to supportive tasks to allow for focused family time and stepping in as needed.
This position requires an NDA and strict adherence to no-photography and no-social-media policies regarding the family.

Responsible, Highly Knowledgeable, Caring, Discreet, High energy, safety conscious, stays up to date on age appropriate activities and best practices including all areas of development. Knowledge around and supporting safe, developmentally appropriate sleep habits is key. Can maintain a can-do, chip-in attitude and will cheerfully pitch in when needed. Must be self directed, attentive to detail, and embrace open communication. Parents expect reliability, adherence to newborn schedule & routines, and collaboration with overnight care team.
Family would prefer that the Newborn Care Specialist have a Driver's License and passport.ย
