This loving family has been working with a Newborn Care Specialistโplaced through our agencyโsince their baby was born and has greatly valued the exceptional care and professional support she provided. As their child grows, they are now seeking to hire again for a long-term roleโideally someone who can continue providing exceptional infant care while eventually transitioning into a full-time Nanny position.
The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, and attentive, with a strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate activities. As time allows, the family would also love for this person to take on some Family Assistant responsibilities, offering help with light household tasks and contributing to the overall organization and smooth running of the home. We will provide additional details when needed.
Primary responsibilities include delivering loving, hands-on care for their infantโfeeding, changing, soothing, and engaging in enriching activities such as tummy time, music, and walks. The role also involves washing and sterilizing bottles, preparing purees or simple baby meals when solids are introduced, tracking feeding and sleep routines, maintaining the nursery, and managing baby laundry.
This family is looking for someone professional, reliable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative while maintaining respectful boundaries. Above all, they hope to find a nurturing and trustworthy caregiver who can grow with their family for years to come.

As an NCS you are:
Caring, Reliable, Loving, Warm and Educated and Trustworthy.
Newborn Care Specialist must have a Driver's License and a Passport. You must be comfortable driving and walking around a city setting. They would prefer someone who could have some weekends available on occasion and the availability to travel.
An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
