This warm and joyful family is excited to welcome their first baby and is looking for an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide overall newborn care, sleep support, and breastfeeding guidance if needed, while also giving mom the chance to rest. Their home is light, airy, peaceful, and styled in a midcentury modern design, where they enjoy spending time together with their two French Bulldogs, relaxing by the pool, and being with loved ones. They describe themselves as spiritual but not religious and value creating a nurturing environment. Overnight, the Newborn Care Specialist will have a nearby bedroom with a baby monitor for rest. The family would like to establish a routine with their baby, beginning with more overnight support in the early weeks and gradually tapering down as their little one settles into a consistent routine.

The details:

Client Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: up to 7 nights per week to start depending on your availability. 9:00PM-7:00AM
Due Date: September 15, 2025
Contract Length: Minimum of 8 weeks
Compensation: $40+hr depending on your experience and education. All rates open to apply.
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
