NCS1247 - Immediate DAYTIME Newborn Care Specialist needed in South Plainfield, New Jersey

These kind, gentle first time parents are seeking DAYTIME care from a highly experienced Newborn Care Specialist as mom prepares for a big exam. She has found that she needs the extra support in order for her to do so.

The mom will be home studying and the grandmother will also be present in the home as she is currently assisting with the day-to-day running of the household. They would like someone who can handle full charge daily activities and care of newborn care – bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, swaddling, soothing, bathing, massage, tummy time. Also assist with chores directly related to the baby such as baby laundry and loading the bottle washer. No other household tasks are required.

The family describes their home as peaceful, quiet and joyful.

They are seeking a collaborative, gentle and patient Newborn Care Specialist with great communication skills.

The NCS will have access to a nearby guestroom and monitor.

The details:

Client Location: South Plainfield
Schedule: 10 hours per day, approx 8am-6pm with some flexibility; 5 days/week
Due Date: July 28, baby is currently 6 weeks old
Contract Length: 8 weeks with possible extension. Now through Mid November
Accommodations Provided: Local Candidates Preferred
Compensation: Up to $50 per hour, DOE
Employee / Contractor Contract: Contractor, paid to your business
Pets: No

As an NCS you are:

Experienced, Educated, Trustworthy, Calm, Professional, Good Communicator, Caring, Patient, Reliable, Loving, Organized, Gentle & Warm, Reliable Transportation.
Newborn Care Specialist must have a valid drivers license and be CPR and First Aid Certified.
An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
