This family is looking to hire a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula to provide overnight support for their new baby. The mother is currently breastfeeding and plans to continue for the first four weeks, after which she would like to introduce bottles with your assistance. The family thrives on routine and structure within the home.
They are interested in sleep conditioning and education from the professional they hire and prefer to use the Nanit and Owlet monitoring systems. There are two older children in the home who participate in sports once school resumes in the fall, which will make the family’s schedule more consistent and structured at that time.
During the summer, they travel to Pinetop, AZ as a family and will only need support in Phoenix. If time allows, the family would appreciate assistance with light housekeeping; however, the baby is always the first priority. You will be resting near the baby’s room on the opposite side of the house with a monitor.

Due Date: May 17, 2025
Contract Length: 4 months (June–September 2025)
Compensation: $40+/hr, depending on experience and education
