These active, kind and highly involved parents are seeking daytime sibling doula support from an experienced toddler care provider who can also support mom and a newborn during the day on occasion, if needed.
Until now, Mom has been the primary caregiver, and they want to allow plenty of time for the toddler to adapt to a new caregiver before there is another big change with a new sibling. Ideally this is someone experienced in working in a similar capacity either as a nanny or sibling doula and who can support and guide both the parents and the toddler as they navigate this transition to a family of four. The goal is for someone who will engage with and provide educational opportunities for the toddler as well as continue to support the love and safety the family has provided so far. This individual will encourage the toddler through positive, polite communication and interactions as the toddler adapts to having a sibling. The home is peaceful, quiet and happy. The family is active and loves the outdoors, but when they are home, their environment is professional, calm, clean and organized. They are seeking a collaborative, organized and knowledgeable caregiver with polish and great communication skills who can support them as they adapt to being a family of four, but also respects their very hands-on roles as parents. Additionally, communication and solid collaboration with the overnight NCS will be necessary to ensure continuity of care.
