This Christian family is having baby number 4 and needs a Newborn Care Specialist to help get them some rest at night and support mom when she is caring for the other children. They are looking for support so they can be well rested and balanced with your help. Dad has a demanding role as a CEO and frequently travels. They are super excited to welcome a new baby into their home and would love stability, sleep and wellness in this important transition in their home.
Mom is planning on breastfeeding and pumping for you to use bottles. There are 3 active siblings in the home; ages 11, 9 and 6. Mom is deeply involved in the children’s daily lives, community volunteering, and also manages the care of her elderly father. The home is full and a busy one. This family has not had overnight care prior and would love the chance to work with someone who is able to be flexible and fit in easily with the family and realize that this is a team approach with the baby’s care. There are housekeepers that come to clean every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There are stairs in the home going to the 2nd floor but the baby’s room is on the first level. You will be resting in the baby’s room in a daybed. As mentioned this family will be going on a family vacation to beautiful 30A in the Gulf of Mexico. There will be many family members around and lots of children. This is a busy, joyful, chaotic, active, LOVING family who needs you for the Summer!
The details:
Client Location: Phoenix, AZ Major Cross Streets-Northern and Central Ave
Schedule: 5 nights per week Sunday-Thursday 7:00PM-7:00AM. This family will also be traveling to a beach house in Florida at the end of June for the entire month of July where there will be many family and children. It is a requirement that you join them for the fun and will be working a live in 7 day a week schedule during this time for additional compensation only caring for the baby but please enjoy being around other children. You will be given a daily break each day which will be unpaid.
Due Date: June 3, 2025 but possibly delivering the last week of May.
Contract Length: Around 14 weeks or until the end of August 2025.
Compensation: $35/hr and up depending on experience and open to your rate.
Employee / Contractor Contract: Paid to your business
Pets: This family has three pets. Jax the German Shepherd, Birdie Pie the Border Collie and lastly, they have Sunny, the bearded dragon.
