This Chicago based family is expecting their first child this July and is looking for a Newborn Care Specialist to help them begin their journey as new parents and overall care for their baby at night. They would like a Newborn Care Specialist who is quieter and gentle that will help them learn as new parents. They are interested in sleep conditioning and getting on a good routine. They will be moving into a new townhome right before the baby becomes due. There are stairs in the home. The baby will have a nursery on the second floor near the primary bedroom. You will be resting in the baby’s room in a bed. They envision their home to be joyful, warm, and family-oriented; open to friends and family.
There is public street parking near the home.
The details:
Client Location: Chicago, IL Major Cross Streets-W Barry and Lakewood
Schedule: Overnights Monday-Friday 7:00pm-7:00am
Due Date: July 7, 2025
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Compensation: $40+ and up depending upon education and experience.
Employee / Contractor Contract: Contractor
Pets: ZuZu- Cat, 3 years old. And Milo- Cat, he will be 1 in June.

Newborn Care Specialist must have a valid passport and a Driver's License. Travel with the family may be a possibility
An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
