NCS1230 - (2) Long Term Newborn Care Specialists 
needed in The Bay Area, California

We are assisting this Very PRIVATE UHNW family in finding top notch care for their child. They are kind, genuine and easy to talk to. They are looking for a trained Newborn Care Specialist to join the childcare team who wants to stay in a long-term role. There are long-term professional staff in the household who love their positions. The professional modern home is fully staffed with wonderful principals, supportive staff and an overly positive environment. You MUST have verifiable experience working in a staffed home. There will be communications with chefs, security, EA's PA's, drivers, travel staff, house managers and other staff for daily coordination purposes. This is a fast pace, complete 24/7, high expectation position in a formal home. Travel will include global private travel. Candidates should be comfortable with all 3. Initially will be sleeping in the room with the baby when on shift; this may extend past the first year or more depending on parent’s comfort level and requests. Elite/Master NCS Preferred but not required. Early childhood education qualifications preferred. Experience with toddlers, and preschoolers required.

The details:

  • Client Location: The Bay Area, California

  • Schedule: 24/7 initial ROTA will likely be 3 days on/3 days off but as the baby gets older, the position will transition to 1 and then 2-weeks (possibly even 3 weeks during travel.)  Long term commitment required. The family is ideally looking for candidates who want to settle in their forever job. 

    The baby was born November 5, 2024. The current NCS team contract will end of February. This job will start as soon as they find the best fit.

  • Compensation: $45/hr and up, depending upon experience. 

    This position will offer Top Pay for Top Professionals--Pay is ultimately OPEN based on candidate qualifications.  Housing, relocation assistance or possible fly-in/fly-out will be considered for outstanding candidates.

As an NCS you are:

  • Newborn care specialist with experience staying long term through toddler, preschool years and beyond. Caring, professional, decisive, reliable, loving, trustworthy, compassionate, go-with-the-flow, gentle, down to earth, educated, and warm personality.

  • Newborn Care Specialist must have a valid passport. Driving not required.

  • An essential requirement of this position is the ability to perform all the functions required of this position in a manner which always keeps the baby safe.
