This professional, active Arizona family is expecting their first child and looking for a highly experienced Newborn Care Specialist/Postpartum Doula they can learn from. Mom would love to learn all she can from this person so be ready to educate. This family is very schedule driven and is seeking someone very passionate about all the milestones. Mom also appreciates a Postpartum Doula who can nourish the mother after birth so would love to find someone who is passionate to also care for mom and understands the overall postpartum period in case any issues arise. Mom is planning on breastfeeding and would prefer someone who is experienced with breastfeeding and can support or provide resources if needed. The child will be circumcised after birth. The family has expressed to us that they would like to follow a Montessori approach with their child for when the time comes. They are seeking someone very nurturing, who is an open and descriptive clear communicator, and has a very warm approach. This family loves details and will prefer you to be organized and keep a Baby Log through an app. They would also appreciate someone who can understand boundaries and to know when they would like to spend time alone as a family too. English, Turkish and some French is spoken in the home. It would be a great perk to find someone bilingual in another language. The family does love to travel and you will be required to travel so you must have a valid passport. There are trips currently planned to the Mediterranean, Wyoming and Canada. Additional details will be given to selected candidates who are a good fit for this position.
The details:
Client Location: Fountain Hills, AZ, Montreal Canada and Wyoming
Schedule:6 months 24/7 with a daily break to start followed by 6 months of full time weekdays live out. Occasional weekend hours or night hours needed once switching to days if the parents would like to have a date night out would be appreciated. Flexibility needed if the client would like to extend the live in portion of the contract.
Due Date: Baby due May 28, 2025 however clients would like the NCS/Postpartum Doula to start part time hours beginning April 14, 2025 to help prepare for the baby and get familiar with the home and the family.
Contract Length: 12+ months with flexibility if it is a good fit. This family would like to have more children.
Accommodations Provided: Yes for the 24/7 period. You will be responsible for finding local accommodations once the position transforms into a daytime live out role.
Compensation: $35+/hour DOE

Newborn Care Specialist/Postpartum Doula must have a Valid Passport and Driver's License required.
This client will request to see a TDAP vaccine and proof that they are clear of any infectious disease.
An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
