This formal Professional UHNW family is seeking additional long term support for their baby. There is a full staff in this peaceful, quiet, joyful home where there is a team of nannies and a Head Nanny who supervises the entire child care team. There are other children in the home and although the NCS/Nanny will be working with the baby there will be some interactions and potential care of the older children. The candidate this family is seeking should be experienced in UHNW, fully staffed homes and has proven experience working for a family on this level. Experienced working long hours/days with a smile on their face, able to read a room, down to earth, knowledgeable, happy and with a true love for children. You must be an expert in infancy 6 months and up. Spanish speaking would be a plus in this position. NDA must be signed. There will be occasional international travel.
The details:
- Client Location: main residence in the Bay Area, CA with additional multiple homes in other places.
- Schedule: 4 days or nights or a combo or both days and nights of 12 hour shifts. Ideally someone who will work one weekend day per week.
- Due Date: This family wants to continue care and have a trained Newborn Care Specialist who is interested in staying in a longer role with the family. Position starts as soon as the ideal candidate is found.
- Contract Length: 12 months+
- Accommodations Provided: No. Local candidates preferred but exceptional out of area candidates will be considered. Possible relocation/housing stipend will be considered.
- Compensation: $50+ DOE
- Employee / Contractor Contract: W-2

As an NCS you are:
- Caring, Professional, Reliable, Loving, Trustworthy, Educated, Gentle and Warm.
- Newborn Care Specialist/Postpartum Doula must have a valid passport and Driver's License.
- An essential function of the caregiver role is keeping the baby safe at all times.
Must be able to swim.
Able to travel for short periods of time and able to adjust to different time zones easily.
